Vision Coordination
Priced at $100
You already know what you like, let us help you piece it all together. From layouts, to color schemes, we’ll create a vision that will be easy for anyone to execute.
This service includes up to 5 consults
This service doesn’t include any additional assistance beyond vision creation.
Deposit: No deposit necessary, full payment due at time of hire.
Payment Schedule: Full payment due at time of hire.
Termination Policy: This service must be terminated prior to the first paid consultation to receive a full refund. There are no other termination options for this service.
Pricing begins at $500, final price determined after primary consultation
Same Day Coordination
You have everything in place? Perfect! We'll be there to execute your plans. You know...so you can actually enjoy your special event.
This service includes up to 5 consults. However, 1 of the consults must be within 48 hours of the event.
This service does not include any planning assistance, only execution of plans already in place.
Deposit: 50% deposit due at time of hire.
Payment Schedule: 50% of payment due at time of hire, payment schedule for remaining balance to be determined during first consultation
Termination Policy: This service must be terminated at least 90 calendar days prior to the scheduled service date to receive a full refund. Terminations made less than 90 calendar days but more than 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled service date, will result in a partial refund totaling half of the amount paid to date. Terminations made less than 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled service date will result in credit for a future service.
Comprehensive Planning
Pricing begins at $1000, final price determined after primary consultation
Let us help you plan and execute the perfect event! We'll start from beginning and we won't stop until we reach the finish line. We'll dot all the i's, cross all the t's, and before you know it, you'll be living in the event of your dreams.
This service includes unlimited consults.
Deposit: Deposit amount to be agreed upon during first consultation, but will be at least 25% of total price. Deposit due at time of hire.
Payment Schedule: Payment schedule to be agreed upon during first consultation.
Termination Policy: This service must be terminated at least 180 calendar days prior to the scheduled service date to receive a full refund. Terminations made less than 180 calendar days but more than 90 calendar days prior to the scheduled service date, will result in a partial refund totaling half of the full amount of all payments made up to that point. Terminations made less than 90 days prior to the scheduled service date will receive no refund.
